At PS. Padel Society, all of our products are made to order and printed on demand especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — so please check our size guides carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at pspadelsociety@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

Sizing Issues As our products are made to order, we encourage all customers to refer to the size guide on each product page before purchasing. We are not responsible for items ordered in the wrong size.
